St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Council Meeting 7-1-2009
Those present were Mike Fara, John Villegas, Cy Monson, Sarah Bornhoft, and Linda Tietsort.
Mike called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m.
Secretaries Report: Looked over minutes. Sarah motion to accept, seconded by Cy, motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Cy moved to approve, seconded by Sarah, motion carried.
Old Business:

Tabled discussion about reimbursing Dale and Maureen Feser for Rug Doctor rental.·
Steve Strong looked at organ, amplifier is bad, estimated at 1,000-1,00 for repair by G&S Organ Service. Cy motioned to repair the amplifier, seconded by Linda, motion carried.·
Joint Council meeting will be held July 29th, Mike, John and Cy attending, but open to any other council members.·

Relay for life- own checking account called St. Paul’s Irwin Angel. John motioned to accept, Linda seconded, motion carried.·
Discussion on parking
The next meeting will be August 12th, at 8:00.
Cy motioned to adjourn and Linda seconded. Motion carried.
